Express Return Service

We encourage our customers to always inspect the orders upon receiving it and verify the items meet their quality expectations. If you have an issue and wish to return or exchange the item, you may take advantage of our delivery service to immediately take the item back to the vendor at no cost.


Items bought on ShopMundo can be returned or exchanged within five (5) business days from the date of receipt of shipment. Some products might have different policies associated with them depending on the vendor, country of origin, item type or conditions of the sale (such as discounted items or marked as nonreturnable). To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, with its original wrapping, labels and accessories (if any). In case an item is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect or different from what was described, you can solicit the return of the item for a full refund, exchange or credit by logging into your ShopMundo account via our mobile application or website. Once the vendor has received the item, you will immediately receive a notification with the status of the return, refund or exchange. After the return period has ended vendors will reserve the right to accept or deny any return or exchange.

Refunds Payment Methods

Refunds can take up to five (5) business days to process. All refunds will be made to the original payment method associated to the account and order. If we are unable to process the refund due to card issuer's policies, ShopMundo will credit the same amount to your ShopMundo account.

Nonreturnable items

All information regarding the conditions of purchase are listed in the items page, we recommend our customers to carefully review the vendors return policies on items labeled as “Nonreturnable”. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards, gift package and memberships. Items that have missing parts or not in its original condition will be also considered nonreturnable.

Clothing & Shoes

We will accept return, exchange or refund of items that arrived in damaged or defective conditions, wrong size, shape or color, or different from what was described; in these cases, all items must be in their original condition, unused and with the factory seals. This return policy applies to the following products: Tops, Shirts, Pants, Jeans, Dresses, Suits, Coats, Backpacks, Handbags, Jewelry, Accessories, Shoes, Swimwear, Sportswear and Sleepwear. We do not process returns for any type of underwear.

Fragrances & Cosmetics

We will accept return, exchange or refund unopened fragrances or cosmetics in its original condition, including original sealed wrapping.


We will accept return, exchange or refund of electronic devices if it did not power up, arrived in damaged or different to what was described. Please verify the vendors warranty information before making a purchase. This policy applies to the following subcategories: Cameras, Mobile Phones, Computers, Audio & Video, Games Accessories & Consoles, Drones & Remote Controlled, or any other type electronics.


We will accept return, exchange or refund items that arrived in damaged condition, defective, wrong shape or color, or different from to what was described; in this case, all items must be in their original condition, unused, with the factory seals and package intact. Please return items with all accessories. This policy also applies to the following categories: Home Décor & Kitchen, Tools, Pet supplies, Arts & Crafts, Beauty & Personal care, Luggage, Toys & Games and Sports products.
