By shopping on ShopMundo, the customer assumes responsibility for:
- Providing an accurate delivery address. Items will only be delivered to the address listed on the receipt
- Specifying any other relevant information needed for the delivery
- Ensuring availability for reception of the package
- Providing proof of identity at the time of delivery
- Verifying the order contents and items conditions upon delivery
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

For items shipping from outside of the Dominican Republic, customers must provide a valid U.S. shipping address from their Courier Service. Your order will be marked as completed once it has been received by your Courier. ShopMundo will not be responsible for any of the fees associated to the shipment from the United States to the Dominican Republic, such as taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
The products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not fit in with destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The cost of delivery will depend on the shipping option selected by the customer. All fees for local and international delivery will appear separately on checkout and will specify the name of the service provider. Fees will be charged to the customer as part of the transaction.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a defective item and would like to return it. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
If you refuse any shipments from ShopMundo, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Depending on a number of factors, standard and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, orders cannot be cancelled.
ShopMundo uses trusted third-party logistics for delivery services. The delivery service provider is ultimately responsible for collecting the package from the vendors facility and deliver to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Delivery service provider might offer delivery guarantees and tracking information depending on the shipping method selected by the customer. When guaranteed delivery and tracking information is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).
In case of experiencing a non-delivery or the tracking information states that your package was delivered by the Courier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 3 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.
If you haven’t received a package and it has been reported as delivered by the courier, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
